2. Donations

All donations made through our platform are voluntary. By completing a donation, you confirm that the funds are your own and are given willingly to support the NGO’s causes (Youth Empowerment, Health, Education, Environment).

3. Event & Audition Registrations

• Eligibility: Participation in our events (e.g., Cricket tournaments, Singing, and Dancing contests) is subject to the specific eligibility criteria mentioned for each event.
• Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the rules set by the organizing committee. JSR Welfare Society reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct without a refund.
• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, or formats due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Gateway

All online payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
