Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jai Siya Ram Welfare Society, we process transparent transactions. Please read our policy carefully regarding donations and event fees.

1. Donations

As a charitable organization, all donations made to JSR Welfare Society are non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated to our welfare projects. In case of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact us within 3 days.

2. Event Registration & Audition Fees

• Participant Cancellation: Entry fees for sports events (e.g., Cricket) and audition fees (e.g., Singing, Dancing) are non-refundable if the participant chooses to cancel or fails to attend the event.
• Event Cancellation by NGO: If JSR Welfare Society cancels an event or audition due to unavoidable circumstances, registered participants will be offered a full refund.

3. Refund Process

If an eligible refund is approved (e.g., due to event cancellation or technical payment failure), the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment used via Razorpay.
